**What is this position about?**
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for a client that specializes in acquiring companies that are facing difficulties and implements a data-driven approach to make strategic decisions that enable the revival and improvement of these companies. You will be managing the execution of different projects by defining the strategy and understanding the business contexts, needs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will need to coordinate and create the necessary methodologies, ensuring that outcomes are met by setting clear expectations and guidelines. The position involves working with multiple stakeholders to ensure team collaboration and provide avant-garde solutions.

**What will I be doing?**
- Developing required project plans including: detailed timelines, resource allocations, milestones, forecasts and status reports.
- Proactively solving problems and initiating necessary collaboration within the teams (anticipate, identify and actively resolve issues).
- Overseeing the overall quality of project delivery, ongoing performance and ensuring client satisfaction is fully met.
- Assisting with meeting coordination and facilitation for cross-functional teams as required for each project.
**What expertise do I need?**
- Experience in project management with IT product-related deliverables.
- Experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g: Scrum, Kanban or other).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in conveying complex ideas and technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Capable of fostering effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
- Skilled at visualizing the “big-picture” to clearly identify pain points, delays and blockers for assigned projects.
- Scrum Master certification or relevant experience is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must
**How much experience must I have?**
We're looking for someone with 5+ years as Project Manager, effectively delivering intricate projects.
