**What you’ll be doing**
- Create innovative motion graphic concepts that elevate our brand identity across various platforms.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to grasp project objectives and audience insights.
- Translate ideas into compelling storyboards and visual designs, effectively communicating concepts.
- Develop dynamic motion graphics using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Produce and edit video content, seamlessly integrating motion graphics and visual elements.
- Thrive under pressure, managing multiple projects concurrently and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Collaborate actively in brainstorming sessions, infusing new ideas and approaches.
- Integrate stakeholder feedback effectively, refining motion graphic projects accordingly.
- Prioritize tasks, making informed decisions to strike the right balance between speed and quality.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, from the Brand Design Manager to the Marketing VP, gaining invaluable insights.
- Shape our brand's visual identity through cutting-edge motion graphics.

**What you'll need**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated expertise as a Motion Graphic Designer, backed by an impressive portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong grasp of animation principles, typography, composition, and color theory.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying design concepts and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Team player mentality, fostering a collaborative environment with diverse contributors.
- Exceptional time management skills, consistently delivering top-tier work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with video production processes and techniques is a definite plus.
- Knowledge of 3D animation software and techniques is advantageous.
- You are a doer and don't get scared by having to develop projects by your own from start to finish
