**TEAM**:

- The team is concerned with creating customized dashboards, reports and visualizations by using both in-house and external data sources.**By the way, do you speak English?**

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
**Responsibilities**
- Collect and maintain the set of business reporting requirements.
- Implement BI reports based on the above requirements
- Analyze existing reports and optimize them for standardization across the company
- Set up and maintain BI tools, infrastructure, and integration with company data sources
- Propose data schema and data flow optimization for reporting performance and enhancement as needed
- Work with Tableau for support, ticket resolution, feature requests, and defect tracking

**Requirements**:

- Strong backend platform expertise and front-end consultancy capability
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (a strong preference in a Data-centric major)
- Experience with BI platforms and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Hands-on experience with ETL toolsets (Alteryx)
- Strong experience with adjusting business intelligence and database platforms
- Expertise with multiple database platforms (SQL Server and Oracle, Amazon Redshift, Snowflake)
- Experience with server and desktop-based data visualization tools
- Experience with sourcing external data sets
- Solid communicational skills both in business and technical terms
- Spoken English

**Nice to have**
- Experience with financial services datasets across investment, product and distribution functions
