**Job Description**:
Global Real Estate and Facilities’ (GREF) mission is to provide a safe, sustainable and efficient work environment to accommodate growth and enable employees to innovate and delight customers. GREF owns worldwide programs and services (incl real estate transaction, space and occupancy planning, capital investment program management and facility maintenance and operations), supporting ~300k corporate employees in ~369 corporate buildings across 60+ countries covering ~35MM square feet. GREF Risk, Inspection and Compliance (RIC) helps GREF function at optimal levels with appropriate levels of controllership.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
7+ years of relevant experience in risk management, assessment, understanding of business systems, and mitigation plans including reviewing and mapping of the controls against risks.
Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications
Previous operational audit and / or risk management skills
Analytical skills
Self-starter, ability to work in fast-paced environment and rapidly changing environment
Project management ability that shows how to organize, find solutions, and follow through to a successful conclusion
