Actualmente nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una persona para desempeñarse como **Sr Sourcing Non Air Innovation Analyst **para sumarse a nuestro equipo de **Sourcing Innovation**, de la dirección de **Travel Partners & Corporate Affairs.**

**Serás responsable de**:

- Definir planes de mejora continua en el área, proponiendo y ejecutando diferentes alternativas de tecnología y productos para los proyectos y a su vez alinearlos con otros equipos (Producto, Marketing, Comercial).
- Innovar y gestionar de forma práctica los proyectos para concretar los planes y poder maximizar las oportunidades.
- Alinear con otras áreas los proyectos de innovación (Marketing, Planning, Revenue, Legales, Finance, Sourcing).
- Desarrollar metodologías y herramientas de trabajo para implementar Joint Business Plans con proveedores NonAir.
- Detectar oportunidades de mejora, proponiendo alternativas de acción, para conseguir los objetivos planteados para el equipo.
- Planificar, diseñar y proponer procesos de gestión comercial que mejoren la productividad del equipo.
- Trabajar en el día a día con diferentes equipos como Tecnología, Producto, Business Intelligence, Revenue, Training y Ventas, gestionando el negocio regional.
- Elaborar PPTs high level y Storytelling.
- Colaborar en el armado de presentaciones a la Dirección.

**Que valoramos**:

- Profesionales de Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Finanzas o afines.
- Experiência en cargos de consultoría y gestión de proyectos estratégicos en empresas del sector turismo, retail, consumo masivo, digitales o tecnología.
- Excel y Power Point avanzado.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Portugués deseable.
- Power BI, Qlik Sense y SQL (deseable).
- Capacidad analítica, buenas relaciones interpersonales, flexibilidad para adaptarse a entornos cambiantes y desafiantes, trabajo en equipo, capacidades de comunicación y síntesis.
