**What’s the opportunity?**

**What will I be doing?**:

- Ensure the correct flow of operations in the company by approving the payments received from end customers in different countries where the company has presence.
- Perform daily routines that include: review if our system is making automatic releases within pre-established deadlines, meeting customer service demand for payment status checks and manual approvals, contacting banks and processors for confirmation of payments, analysis of reconciliation reports and contact with the technical area to solve possible technical problems.
- Identify and report issues and follow up corrective actions to resolve differences and deficiencies.
- Manage tight SLAs and prioritize workload according to urgency.
- Contact end users and report to internal and external providers while maintaining operational SLAs.
- Work closely with other departments of the company.

**What skills do I need?**:

- Bachelor’s degree in administration or any other related field (in process or completed).
- 1+ years of administrative or back office experience, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong excel skills, ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to create reports.
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task.
- Systematic and well organized.
