We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer who shares our values and can contribute to the implementation of the services offered by OmniAccess to our maritime clients.

As a customer-centric organization, we prioritize delivering top-quality services, and the Network engineer will play a crucial role in building, integrating, and testing special projects for onboard networks.

Working closely with Solutions Architects, fellow engineers, and customer, the Network Service Delivery Engineer will be responsible for remotely configuring and integrating OmniAccess solutions with local networks on board. Assistance from the Field Engineering team or onboard technical officers will be available when needed.

While the scale of an onboard network on a Mega yacht may not rival that of a large corporate deployment, it presents unique complexities and cutting-edge technologies driven by the demands of our clients. These challenges often push the boundaries of today's systems to achieve the previously unattainable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform remote integration of networking equipment, such as Cisco Routers, Switches, Wireless LAN Controllers and Access Points, VoIP systems, Fortinet Firewalls, and Omniaccess proprietary products, with vessel's network and services.
- Take the lead in implementing networking solutions.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams during the project implementation phase.
- Analyze customer requirements and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Offer remote troubleshooting and problem analysis support during installation processes.

**Requirements**:
**Desired knowledge and skills**:

- Strong educational background, preferably in the fields of telecommunications, electrical engineering, or computer science.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Networking technology in a Network Engineer position or a similar role.
- In-depth understanding of WAN and LAN technologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of network protocols.
- Ability to effectively interpret technical documentation for customers.
- Proficient in written and visual communication in English.
- Strong client-facing and internal communication skills in English.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, customers, and colleagues within the company.

**Desired qualification**:

- Electrical/Mechanical/Telecommunications Engineering Bachelor/Masters or similar
- Cisco CCNA and other leading technology vendor certifications
