**What's the opportunity?**

As our FP&A Lead, you will embrace a dynamic business landscape while collaborating across departments to drive strategic financial insights and make a tangible impact on our financial journey. **What will you be doing?**:

- Monitoring and controlling budget and forecast, profitability, and allocation by area.
- Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.
- Analyzing profitability and deep dive margin analysis.
- Performing ad-hoc business analysis and financial modeling.
- Designing impactful and enlightening presentations.

**What skills do you need?**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree will be a plus.
- +5 years of experience in FP&A in multinational companies.
- Proficiency in utilizing PowerPoint, Excel, and Business Intelligence as your tools of choice, enabling you to effectively communicate financial insights and analyze data.
- Exceptional finance and analytical abilities, to drive informed decision-making.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, allowing you to seamlessly collaborate with multiple functional areas.
- Advanced/Fluent in English.
