**Responsibilities**
- Responsable de maximizar In stocks, dinámicas comerciales, ejecución de innovaciones y productos discontinuados, disminuir y optimizar costos, reportes y análisis.
- Utilizará la información obtenida de los clientes para desarrollar los Scorecards de servicio en busca de proceso de mejora continua mediante un governance semanal con el cliente y el equipo de ventas;
- Gestiona los Indicadores claves del cliente: Porcentajes de In stock, Fill Rate, Forecast Acertados, Bias, performance de eventos, DOH, Sell Out, lead time y entregas on time
- Gestiona cumplimiento de volúmenes de ventas y lidera proceso de pedidos sugeridos ante dinámicas comerciales y promociones.
- Gestiona la optimización de costos logísticos y reducción de devoluciones con los clientes.
- Inicializar nuevos sku alineado al Forecast.

**Qualifications**
- Egresad() de carrera de grado en Ingeniería Alimentos/Química, Licenciado en comercio exterior, Licenciado en Gestión Comercial y Ventas, Licenciatura en logística, o careras a fines
- Experiência en Customer Service, Logistica y Planning
- Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Power BI, otros)
- Inglés (no excluyente pero un plus)
- Experiência en Supply Chain y/o abastecimiento
- Conocimiento del proceso S&OP y manejo de Forecast
