Reconocida empresa multinacional orientada a la construcción y mantenimiento de la infraestructura marítima y dragado, busca Contract Officer para sus oficinas en Montevideo, zona céntrica.

Nuestra búsqueda se orienta a Licenciados en Relaciones Laborales, Recursos Humanos, o carreras afines.

**Responsabilidades**:
\- Liderar funciones de Recursos Humanos.

\- Planificación y supervisión de contratación de nuevo personal (entrevistas, pruebas, selección, contratación, gestión de legajo, etc.)

\- Gestionar relaciones laborales de colaboradores con la compañía (evaluaciones, solicitudes, etc.)

\- Supervisar procesos de Payroll y Compliance según regulaciones locales.

\- Gestionar procesos de inmigración de trabajadores.

\- Brindar asesoría laboral legal, estando en contacto constante con firmas legales y autoridades.

\- Contacto y negociación a nível sindical.

\- Revisión y traducción de contratos.

\- Gestionar administración general de oficina (mantenimiento, reparaciones, servicios, fumigaciones, etc.)

**Requisitos**:
\- Profesional Universitario egresado de Relaciones Laborales / Recursos Humanos. Se valorarán estudios de Posgrado.

\- Experiência laboral de +5 años en cargos de responsabilidad en áreas de Recursos Humanos, Capital Humano, Gestión Humana, etc.

\- Conocimientos profundos de la normativa laboral vigente.

\- Uso avanzado del idioma inglés.

\- Excelentes habilidades comunicacionales, flexibilidad, trabajo en equipo, capacidad de multitasking.
