In this role, you will work closely with the Key Account Management team, collaborating on the Strategic Accounts portfolios.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Putting into action solutions devised together with the account manager.
- Collaborating with various departments within the company to address merchants' concerns.
- Taking responsibility for resolving outstanding issues.
- Keeping company tools up to date with current information.
- Providing weekly progress reports to each account manager.
- Cultivating enduring strategic partnerships with key merchants.
- Handling operational duties within the account management team, such as managing contracts, fees, MMF revisions, and updating KYC information, among other tasks.
- Assisting in organizing, executing, and overseeing growth-oriented operational plans and procedures.

**What skills do I need?**:

- ** Strong Communication Skills**: Being able to listen, communicate effectively, and present ideas clearly, is crucial.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Being methodical, organized, and detail-oriented is important for success.

- ** English Proficiency**: Fluent English is a requirement.
- ** Sales Experience**: Previous sales experience, especially in technology, is advantageous.
- ** Data Analytics Experience**: Knowledge of data analytics is a bonus.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Proven ability to partner and work across different departments to achieve goals.
- ** Flexibility and Multitasking**: Being flexible and capable of handling multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
