We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Web UI Developers to join our software factory.

You’ll join a high-performing multicultural team that gets continuous training and collaborates on different innovation projects, both locally and internationally.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Understand and analyze the specified requirements and make time estimations.
- Prioritize tasks to continuously produce deliverables for the development team.
- Develop medium/high-complexity solutions, fulfilling the standards defined by the area and the project, and validate the deliverables with the referents.
- Keep great attention to detail to translate the designs from the UX team to clean and scalable code.
- Have initiative and be proactive to suggest improvements or recommend alternatives to the defined requirements (of design, technical or functional) and validate them with the project referents.
- Actively collaborate with the design and development teams so the project develops successfully and according to plan.

**Requirements**:

- Student or graduate of IT, graphic or web design careers.
- 2+ years of recent experience in similar roles.
- Experience developing in HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript.
- Understanding of HTML semantics, best practices, and accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of CSS preprocessors and frameworks.
- Use of tools: Adobe Master, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD.
- Professional English level.

**We value**:

- Additional tools: Visual Studio, Visual Code, Git/TFS.
- Understanding of the principles required to comply with WCAG.
- Experience in accessibility audits.
- Experience in agile methodologies.
- Understanding of the MVC design pattern.
- Knowledge of frameworks: Angular, React, etc.

**Office Hours**:

- Full time availability from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm (We offer flextime).
