The Business
The Global Benefits Center (GBC) is an internal service center that provides international support in the employee-benefits industry. Work performed within the GBC includes global benefits database management, reporting and consolidation, benchmarking, financial reporting and benefit audit support.
As part of the GBC’s Integrated & Global Solutions (IGS) team, you will contribute to support consultants on the coordination of employee benefits projects for our global clients, while elaborating benchmarking reviews, analyzing multinational pooling reports and maintaining their benefits databases updated.

**The Role**
As an Analyst within the GBC, you will contribute as part of a team involved in a number of activities to support our international benefits offerings including:

- Managing global benefits data sets
- Supporting the global coordination of benefits for our international clients
- Assisting in the placement of benefits for our clients in key international markets

You will have the opportunity to:

- Develop technical knowledge of benefits plans around the world
- Develop data, process, and project management skills.

Key Activities
- Data gathering, manipulation, validation, analysis and reporting
- Support global benefits coordination and international benefits consulting
- Review client documents, assess missing and summarize client plan data (including design, financials, exclusions, broker contracts)
- Benchmarking and drafting Benefits Review Reports
- Analyze Plan documents, interpret and migrate to internal tool
- Compile data for global benefits management reporting and consolidation
- Support benefit review processes
- Support interactions between clients and WTW
- Multinational pooling.

**The Requirements**:

- Studies in administration, economics, international studies or similar (at university or technical institutions).
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken (will be tested).
- Must have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office tools and excellent data manipulation skills.
- Must have a keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence.
