**Job Description** What is this position about?**

We are looking for a Data Engineer to work alongside a US-based healthcare company that has a strong presence nationwide, with thousands of stores located across the country. The company is dedicated to providing accessible healthcare solutions and promoting overall well-being for its customers.

**_ You may work 100% remotely if you are currently living in LATAM, or you can always join us at the office_**

**What will I be doing?**
- Designing and developing robust and scalable data pipelines to ingest, process, and transform large volumes of data.
- Implementing ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
- Understand data requirements and ensure timely delivery of reliable data solutions.
- Optimizing data infrastructure and performance.
- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and recommending innovative solutions to enhance our data capabilities

**Qualifications** What expertise do I need?**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing ETL processes.
- Experience with cloud technologies.
- Proactive and coupled with good communication skills.

**What about languages?**
- Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must

**How much experience must I have?**

We're looking for someone with +5 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
