Payroll Assistant

Main responsibilities:

- Managing and maintaining employee files and database up to date.
- Managing new hire and leaver processes.
- Answering general questions on employment guidelines, benefits, and department policies.
- Assisting with the implementation and tracking of company health and safety policies.
- Assisting in ensuring the Company remains legally compliant at all times.
- Taking part of the monthly audit process

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Mandatory Skill:

- Business Administration or Labor Relations graduate or advanced student
- Solid knowledge of Labor Law
- Payroll practices experience or knowledge
- At least 1 year in similar roles
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
