**Buscamos**:
Profesionales de las carreras de CCEE, Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Licenciatura en Comunicación o similar con experiência en marketing y/o ventas.
Será excluyente contar con excelente orientación al consumidor, mejora continua, análisis de procesos y trabajo en equipo.
Se requiere contar con buen dominio de inglés oral y escrito.
Disponibilidad para cumplir con un contrato de 10 meses, en horario completo y modalidad híbrida de trabajo.

**Objetivo de la posición**:
Analizará el negocio y sus diferentes variables para crear la mejor estrategia de marketing, innovación y comunicación que cumplan con los objetivos de la categoría.
Realizará seguimiento y coordinación de los proyectos de innovación
Liderará el plan de medios y comunicación de las marcas junto a la agencia de medios y agencias creativas.
Trabajará sobre la lectura y análisis de la información del mercado: auditorías, precios, situación competitiva, avance de facturación, para proponer ajustes de la estrategia, entender oportunidad y debilidades del negocio.
Seguimiento del P&L y la rentabilidad de las marcas, en conjunto con Finanzas, entre otros.
