**Responsibilities**:

- Mainly in charge of vendor invoice processing (PO and Non-PO), expense auditing and/or vendor master maintenance for NAM/LAC region.
- Ensure all vendor invoices are routed, coded and approved in accordance to AP SLA timeline and Sabre DOA (Delegate Of Authority) policy.
- Ensure all employee expense reports including AMEX transactions are validated in a timely manner for payment processing according to Sabre NAM/LAC Expense Policy.
- Ensure required/necessary supporting documentation are attached for SOX compliance review.
- Attend to internal and external vendors’ queries on invoice and payment statuses within AP stipulated timeline.
- Able to perform high level vendor reconciliation, identify discrepancies and resolve these issues promptly to release payments without delay.
- Simple reporting skills.
- Review weekly AP Aging Open Items and provide appropriate updates for Management’s review.
- Continuing to improve the invoice and expense validation processes.
- Other tasks as assigned by AP Team Lead/Supervisor.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 3 years of Accounts Payable knowledge is preferred
- Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- High degree of accuracy, attention to details and confidentiality
- Advanced English level both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office especially on Excel and Word
- SAP Knowledge
- Willing to work late when necessary
