**Role & Responsibilities**
- Contact 60,90, 120-Day past due customers through a predictive dialer and account Portfolio.
- Create Service Orders, Adjustments, Reconciliation of accounts and Obtain payment through a courtesy call
- Confirm or create Tickets for Customer deliveries
- Document activity on customer's account
**Requirements**:
- B2+ English language Domain, proven Verbal and writing Skills
- High school diploma degree is required
- Microsoft Office Basic domain (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Contact Center oriented and business previous experience
- Goal Focus oriented
- Exceptional attitude
