- What you will be doing

Under the direction of Country Manager, should fulfill job responsibilities as a Depot Operations Pharmacist ensuring operational excellence, quality and integrity of all the services provided through the warehouse including but not limited to reception, storage, shipment, return and/or destruction, according to Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Clients’ instructions, Vendor Procedures, Local regulation and any other required standards.

This position is categorized as compliance critical and, as such, requires and is assigned specific responsibility for ensuring continual and proper compliance with all division, corporate and regulatory requirements.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Fulfills job responsibilities as a Technical Representative of the warehousing and third party logistics solutions in its country, according to legal requirements. Maintain and assure compliance with current ICH, GXP, FDA Good Clinical Practices, ISO guidelines and any other as required in the position training program.
- Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures, which contain all specific instructions to develop the Depot daily activities, for all operations taking place within the Depot.
- Responsible for operational excellence in collaboration with the local quality team measured.
- Manages the restrictions (scope, cost, time, human resources, etc.) in order to guarantee the depot complies with the expected performance indicators. Is aware of the metrics related to depot operations and assure business continuity taking part in the planning process and supporting business development activities.
- Assures that all Clients’ queries concerns are duly assessed and follows-up the implementation of any preventive/corrective action with a focus on clients’ success.
- Manage the change of product status both physically and systematically following client instructions and within the scope of applicable Internal Guidelines.
- Perform the quality check on a relabeling process in the absence of a Local Quality Representative and / or when it has been appointed for this function by the Quality Department.
- Knowledgeable of all the programs, trials and supplies stored at Depot in order to provide instructions to Storage Service Vendor and the Depot Staff.
- Verify and organize all the documentation received, shipment arrival conditions, storage and all extra documentation related to Product received at the Depot.
- Provides support and regular contact with WC Customers concerning the projects stored at WC Depot.
- Collaborate with all other Company key initiatives including service development in the country.
- Perform any other duties the employee has been trained for.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Full command of English.
- Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical industry.

- Sound experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

- Demonstrated ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules and in accordance with variable workload demands.
