The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Security Engineer to join our Information Security Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for integrating security knowledge and expertise into our technology development lifecycles. This includes performing threat modeling, code reviews, and vulnerability assessments to ensure the security and integrity of our software.
You will work closely with our development teams to design and implement secure features, identify and mitigate risks, and develop solutions that add value to our SDLC processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us maintain a robust software security initiative maturity model and drive continuous improvement.
About YouWe are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in application pentesting, source code audits, architectural reviews, or similar security services. You should have a strong familiarity with SDLC processes, source control, and CI/CD pipelines, as well as advanced programming skills in languages like Python, Ruby, and Go. Intermediate skills in low-level languages like C, C++, and ASM are also essential.
You should have a solid understanding of cryptography, secure protocols, and vulnerabilities introduced by misusing this technology. Experience with Identity Access Management protocols and cloud infrastructure from an attacker's perspective is highly valued. Advanced use and administration of Windows and Unix operating systems are also required.
