About the Role

Sabre is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Finance Supplier team. As a key member of our Air Supplier Sales organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing sales activities through comprehensive analysis, structuring, and review of major sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive early engagement in deal structuring, optimizing commercial outcomes for Sabre.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Supplier Sales teams on pricing matters, advising on strategies and actions.
  • Support Sales teams in developing offers and managing approvals, including pricing and non-standard terms.
  • Review and analyze due diligence opportunities and contract documents, raising non-standard terms for approval.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure proper review and consideration of opportunities.
  • Make recommendations to account teams and Sales leaders based on market data, industry trends, and available knowledge tools.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Contracts colleagues to ensure consistency of deal management practices and process improvement opportunities.
  • Manage multiple large deals, ensuring timely processing of approval requests up to the C-suite level.
  • Participate in contract negotiation as needed.
  • Support annual budget preparation.
  • Complete ad hoc projects and analysis as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance (preferred).
  • Demonstrated commercial skills, including understanding of sales cycles, customer purchase drivers, pricing, and value analysis.
  • Business savvy, leading Sales to sound financial revenue-driven decisions.
  • Excellent knowledge of revenue recognition, contract management, and deal structures.
  • Strong Excel modeling skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX, MATCH).
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with good technical aptitude for integrated analysis.
  • Ability to prioritize and rank decision drivers.
  • Ability to distill complex data into simple decision frameworks.
  • English communication skills to influence and educate, with ability to summarize complex opportunities at the Executive level.
  • Results-oriented, passionate, and demonstrates a bias to action.
  • Self-starter, highly analytical, with sound decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in flexible hours during periods of higher volume deal flow or to meet large deal response deadlines.
