Description
The Distribution product team is responsible for delivering industry-leading connectivity to thousands of hotels worldwide. This role involves daily operations for SynXis Commissions Payment, supporting international customers, the account management team, and Hospitality Solutions stakeholders to answer operational product questions.
- Supervise and actively handle the entire process of registering new customers for the product, including monitoring incoming payments of the required security deposit.
- Release access to the "SynXis Commissions Payment" service product and activate Data Feed in SynXis CRS.
- Maintain the data quality of existing and new travel agencies through regular bi-weekly data exchange with the relevant organization (IATA International Air Transport Association).
- Create profiles for new travel agencies upon request.
- Prepare and monitor weekly data transfers of worldwide commission payments to travel agencies.
- Check current account balances of hotel customers regularly.
- Comply with upper limits related to security payments for each data processing.
- Process and monitor commission payment complaints.
- Identify and collect operational needs to streamline and ease daily working processes.
- Customer-oriented and service-oriented.

- Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with payment processing systems and commission structures.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to assess and improve operational processes through data-driven insights.
- Strong skills in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions, especially regarding commission payment complaints and data quality.
