We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Nexum Consulting, a company specializing in providing professional services to clients in the United States and Canada.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective sales strategies to meet company goals, leading the sales team to increase their performance and achieve targets, and analyzing market trends and sales data to forecast future sales and set realistic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve performance
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Public Accounting, Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Native English speaker
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
