Responsibilities- Oversee design projects from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring excellence in every aspect.
- Collaborate on a diverse range of design assets, including E-mails, store banners, social media content, landing pages, packaging, and more.
- Meticulously attend to details and strive for perfection in every visual element.
- Utilize graphic design software to refine images, fonts, and layouts, staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
- Apply problem-solving skills and a comprehensive set of design solutions to collaborate effectively with the creative team across various media platforms.
- Generate innovative ideas to convey concepts and promote products/services effectively.
- Optimize user experience in digital products, prioritizing ease of use and functionality.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing projects.
- Maintain open communication with marketing and design teams to meet project deadlines.
- Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
- Experience working in fast-paced companies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent level of English, both written and spoken. Proficient command of Arabic (Levant/Gulf accents) is also required.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Result-driven, proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Wide experience in digital production, including e-commerce, UI, and apps.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma with at least 3 years of experience.
