The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The role requires managing a freight carriers portfolio, processing invoices, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of freight carriers in Brazil, SA, or the US, supporting BASF business operations.
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently, acting as a single point of contact for suppliers.
- Organize meetings with suppliers and stakeholders to enhance process efficiency and minimize risks.
- Anticipate and evaluate potential risks that may impact processes and results, proposing mitigation strategies to achieve established objectives.
- Periodically report progress and status to management, escalating issues as needed.
- University Degree or advanced studies in Administration, Finance, Foreign Trade, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in similar positions, with a strong understanding of SAP and MS Office.
- Intermediate level proficiency in English and Portuguese languages.
- Strong customer focus, communication skills, and technical knowledge.
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
