About the Job

Siemens Gamesa is a global leader in energy technology, and we are seeking a skilled Wind Energy Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for dismantling, repairing, assembling, installing, and setting up technical equipment and machines used in a production site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plans and executes assigned maintenance projects.
  • Analyzes technical problems on site, and completes mechanical and/or electrical repairs and work orders.
  • Executes ramp up, set up, and start procedures in order to prepare machines and equipment for operations.
  • Contributes to installation projects on site, and supports accountable Industrial Engineers.
  • Supports maintenance of technical documentations of processes and equipment.
  • May advise junior staff technically.
  • May maintain various types of equipment.

What You Need to Succeed

  • A passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading the change.
  • Experience in wind turbine maintenance.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
