We are looking for a **motivated Junior Digital Marketing Specialist**. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in traffic acquisition and campaign optimization.

**What you’ll do**:

- Explore and manage campaigns across traditional paid media platforms (such as Meta) as well as lesser-known traffic sources in the region (e.g., Native Ads)
- Monitor key performance metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns to drive results.
- Collaborate with team members located around the world while also being comfortable working independently.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

**Requirements**:

- Some prior experience in digital marketing, combined with or supported by studies in a related field
- Strong understanding of basic marketing concepts and KPIs (impressions, clicks, CTR, etc.).
- Comfortable communicating in **English**, as communication will be in this language.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with remote teams.
