**Our Proposal**

We're looking for a **Senior UX/UI Designer** who helps our team with solving **workflows** for products and who can put **beautiful UIs **around them. You will be responsible for **designing user experiences **and you will work in the **design of the features** and **improvements** on our roadmap. Your main **responsabilities** will be:

- Contribute to all aspects of design including need-finding, user research, detailed design, development of use cases and scenarios
- Own the conceptualization of design solutions with user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and visual mockups or interactive prototypes
- Establish a solid understanding of users and empathize with their needs
- Communicate design decisions using clear and persuasive stories that are shared with a wide range of audiences, including business stakeholders

- **Bachelor's degree **or equivalent practical **experience**:

- **+5 years **of experience as a **UX/UI Designer**:

- Experience in **Figma**:

- Strong **English skills** (advanced level)
- Experience in **pixel perfect design**:

- Experience with **design tools** (Sketch, Adobe Suite, etc.).
