**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position: Sr Finance Analyst**

**Location/Market: Montevideo, Uruguay**

**I. OBJECTIVES**

Finance and Administration Analyst are responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the office by performing administrative tasks such as filing, invoicing and collection of accounts receivable, administrative procedures and other duties.

**II. RESPONSIBILITIES**

  • Manage accounts payable to suppliers, customers and external vendors, being local and international.
  • Prepare, send and store invoices.
  • Process bank deposits, being local and international.
  • Conciliate financial statements. Identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.

**III. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY**

Reports directly to the Finance Manager.

**IV. POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK**

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

**V. SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE**

  • +3 years of relevant experience as financial analyst, or in a similar role
  • Knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and ability to work independently.
  • Graduates or advanced students of the Accountant or Finance.
