**Your mission**:
- You manage the entire internal IT, from hardware to software to cloud, with a focus on M365 and all related components (AAD, Intune, Exchange, etc.)
- You use your expertise and skills to develop and enhance the processes in our global IT department
- You will be responsible for selecting, ordering, managing, configuring and repairing our hardware and supporting our departments and staff with challenges of a technical nature (Windows, Apple, Linux)
- Together with the team you build up and manage an IT knowledge base for our employees
- In addition, you control the supplier management and negotiate conditions and new contracts
- 1st and 2nd level support via ticket system, as well as on-site if necessary at different locations
- Global network infrastructure management (Fortinet)
**Our expectations**:
- You have successfully completed professional education (studies/apprenticeship) or further education as an IT system administrator or comparable training with a high affinity for IT
- You have several years of experience in the operation of office IT (ideally in international teams)
- You have experience in OS (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android). Ideally, you also already have experience in the cloud (M365/O365, Azure AD, Atlassian and/or AWS)
- You are very service-oriented and have an agile mindset. You are no stranger to a hands-on mentality and you know how to pitch in when things are on fire
- You speak fluent English
- You are certified in O365/M365, Azure, AWS or network technology (e.g. Cisco, Unifi, or similar)
- You like to learn new things and always look to develop yourself further
