As we continue growing, we search for people to join our team. We are looking for a
**People Business Partner (PBP)** who will be responsible for all people matters together with the Portfolio Leadership team. They will deliver integrated and inclusive partnerships to drive solid proximity, engagement, and talent management initiatives.
By building proximity, fostering engagement, and partnering with business stakeholders, the PBP’s primary objective is to accompany Account and portfolio leaders, providing guidance, and promoting Globant’s culture and values.
- You will get the chance to:_
- Serve as a Talent Partner, working together with account and portfolio leaders. This includes culture development, employee communications, performance management, people development, and understanding business needs and our clients’ needs
- Ensure compliance with Global programs as cascaded by the regional team
- Support the account (or Portfolio) with an in-depth Portfolio onboarding process
- Launch, analyze, and propose actionable initiatives in support of account-specific surveys to gauge the pulse of team members in any given area of concern
- Support leaders in resolving performance management topics, e.g., evaluations, performance improvement plans, feedback for leaders, internal moves, career paths, promotions, etc.
- Facilitate process training related to our Continuous Feedback Culture and Global Talent rollouts (e.g., new leadership structure, traffic light rules, tool updates, etc.) as needed
- In collaboration with regional people teams, extrapolate the project/account best practices across the Portfolio
