**We are looking for a** Head of Account Management** to join our team**
**AstroPay** is the global Digital Wallet of choice for Millions of users who want to purchase online on international sites. With a focus on international transactions, AstroPay addresses the complexities of local markets, offering fast and efficient solutions across thousands of consumer-recognized payment methods.

**Tasks**:

- Lead an international team of about 10 Account Managers across the world.
- Be responsible for the retention and growth of the existing merchant clients portfolio.
- Support the team to provide the highest level of service to our clients as well as identify opportunities and own the client success cycle.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing commercial goals.
- Engage senior decision-makers and ecosystem partners to achieve results.
- Act as an escalation and reference point internally and externally
- Review and analyze market opportunities and evaluate competitive requirements needed to capitalize on opportunities.
- Identify relevant new business opportunities, ecosystems, partnerships and markets, gathering of market intelligence and design and drive "go-to-market" plans.
- Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and work closely with the whole executive team.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English.
- +5 years of experience in the Payments or Fintech industry.
- Proven track record of managing growing international teams and achieving commercial results.
- An established network with strong relationships to key stakeholders in the payments and iGaming industries.
- Ability to set clear and challenging goals for the account management team; tenacious and accountable in driving results.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty; the ability to adapt nimbly and lead others through complex situations.
- Ability to solve complex issues in a timely manner.
