**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled software engineers focused on customer integration projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient integration solutions using AWS, Kafka, and Python technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for successful integration projects.
- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions that adhere to best practices in data engineering and software development.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance in all integration processes.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in the integration landscape to propose and implement continuous improvements.
**Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software engineering with a focus on integration projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with AWS and Kafka technologies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team of engineers.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, practices, and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer).
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with modern software development practices, including Agile methodologies.
- Previous experience in mentoring and developing junior engineers.
