**What's the opportunity?**
This is an important role in guiding and mentoring the testing team. As a key player within the organisation, you will lead the development of comprehensive testing plans, collaborating closely with developers to initiate projects and ensuring the timely completion of tests.
**What will I be doing**:
- Overseeing all testing activities, conducting training sessions, and contributing to process improvements.
- Reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of test documentation, balancing it with delivery speed, executing tests,
- Providing regular reports on testing outcomes, and offering constructive feedback to enhance our product quality.
- Hands-on approach when necessary, actively engage in QA activities, providing valuable insights and directly contributing to the testing process.
**What skills do I need?**:
- Proven experience in developing and executing testing plans.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Thorough understanding of test documentation and execution processes.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated expertise in overseeing end-to-end testing activities and ensuring product release readiness.
- Experience with the following: Jira, API Testing (e.g Postman), Selenium + TestNG for automation, Test Management Tools
- High Level knowledge on cloud solutions / architecture, mainly AWS
- Highly desirable: Experience with QA automation tasks, showcasing proficiency in automation tools and frameworks.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Spanish is desirable but not mandatory.
