Description

Frontend developer:
UKG is looking for an experienced Front End Developer to join an existing high performing team. You will be working on a new workforce management solution that will be used by high profile companies across retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and many other industries. We are small, highly innovative team with a start-up feel, while still having the resources of a successful billion-dollar company. Our open environment stimulates team-work, agile development, and the sharing of innovative ideas/coding practices.
The individual in this role will have the following responsibilities:

- Implement JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5.
- Develop Angular web Apps, Web Components, DLS, SASS.
- Work with REST APIs and produce unit tests.
- Identify and build a set of reusable, configurable UI components.
- Adhere to and promote standards and web development best practices.
- Ensure high performance of frontend experiences.
- Work with UX team to assess technical feasibility and identify risks.
- Work closely with Business Analyst and other team members to prioritize deliverables and adapt to change.

**Qualifications**:
The following core skills are required for success in this position:

- 3+ years of hands-on development experience
- 1+ years working within a truly agile development team
- Significant experience in Javascript
- Experience with Angular framework
- Test-driven development experience
- Good communication skills
- Track record of delivering high quality software on time
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering
- Experience building software in a continuous integration environment
- Skilled at object-oriented analysis and design
- CSS/UI Design Skills/EsLint/git
