Sabre Uruguay?€s Communications team is responsible for promoting and managing the company?€s employer brand as a leading technology company and employer in our regional headquarters located in Montevideo, and for all aspects of communications supporting the site.

We are looking for a talented communications professional to join our Global Communications team as Principal, Communications. To be successful in this role, you will need to be both strategic and hands on. You will be responsible for the overarching communication strategy (both internal and external) in Sabre Uruguay, which includes planning, developing, leading, and executing complex communication projects, evaluating their effectiveness, and recommending next course of action.

The scope of responsibility covers all channels promoting Sabre image and activities in the market, in coordination with key stakeholders.

Public Relations and social media:

- Develop media relations and social media plan designed to increase Sabre?€s brand awareness and engagement in Uruguay with target audiences with a primary focus on promoting Sabre as an employer of choice in Montevideo
- Manage Sabre Uruguay social channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

Internal & Executive Communications:

- Generate employee engagement and support employees as internal brand ambassadors
- Support site leader communication needs and work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure employees stay well informed and engaged.

Content Creation:

- Prepare and publish content on digital channels to deliver internal and external communication to staff and other stakeholders, as relevant
- Help execute and support Sabre Uruguay?€s event strategy for external stakeholders and serve as the custodian of brand guidelines, ensuring local implementation for any usage.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or closely related field with 8+ years of related work experience
- Strong writing and editing skills required
- Ability to distill complex information and data, and convert it into practical, creative and effective communication strategies
- Proven experience in communication planning/analysis and developing communication strategies using different channels and targeting different audiences.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Internal Communications management experience a must
- External Communications experience building and promoting employer's brand and image
- Supervisory experience with solid leadership skills. Must be a good listener, and possess an outstanding work ethic
- Comfortable working with all levels of staff in all business/support functions, both locally and globally. Experience collaboration effectively with cross-functional teams
- Service-driven, dynamic and open-minded: a doer with who has the ability to steer business/support functions towards a common goal
- Agile, curious and forward-thinking: ability to question and revisit any action
- Fully bilingual
- Fluency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft products
- Experience in the tech product industry preferred
