- Oversee corporate governance processes, including: board and committee meetings, state qualifications, annual reports, corporate resolutions, etc.
- Assist with various other corporate governance matters, including the administration of corporate policies and Board Approval policies
- Maintain company organizational chart and coordinate entity formations, dissolutions and restructurings
- Support Securities function (SEC filings, including Section 16, Form 8-K, Form 10-Q and Form 10-K)
- Provide legal support to compensation, treasury and tax functions
- Other legal projects and key initiatives, as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Lawyer - advanced student about to graduate from Law School could be considered.
- Bilingual oral and written English skills
- Experience in a corporate law department within an established organization or within the corporate area of a law firm is a plus
- The ability to work effectively and collaboratively with global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
