What are we looking for? We are seeking cheery team members who have experience and/or knowledge about:
Create social media designs on canva
Schedule social media posts/carousel/reels
Content writer for our blog
Strategize with marketing team on messaging campaigns
Respond to comments on social media
SEO optimization
Website design
LinkedIn advertising

We are looking for a team member who is excited to help us launch a new social media presence in Spanish language.

This is teamwork. You do not need to come up with new content. I will provide the resources, but this position requires your creativity.

This position is flexible meaning you can work for other companies at the same time as long as it does not conflict with helping us. This does not require you to work during US day hours. I request that we meet at least one time per week for 30 minutes to discuss the social media schedule and ideas.

**Requirements**:
Native or Near-Native fluency in both Spanish and English is a MUST (written
and spoken)

Prior experience in a sales environment is required
Cheery and positive attitude
Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication
Strong customer-service skills
Ability to multitask with interruptions in a fast paced environment
Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment and discretion
Ability to relate to individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
Willingness to learn and be open to change
High School Diploma or GED
Prior legal experience is a plus, but not required

There are no retirement or insurance benefits offered at this time. However, there are bonuses awarded based on performance. The team member is eligible for this after 90 days of service with the team.

We will start interviewing on May 5 and hire by May 13.
