**What’s the opportunity?**

This role will require an ability to deliver products that meet the needs of our customers, regulatory requirements, and our business objectives.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Lead the development and execution of the product strategy for the Core Services - Finance / Treasury team
- Launch a new solution for cross border exchange / transfer operations, allowing for transactional traceability across 40+ countries
- Work closely with the Finance Product Team initiatives, including the launch and rollout of an SAP integration and safeguarding initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, internal teams, and external partners
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to build and maintain innovative, scalable, and user-friendly financial systems
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats to inform product strategy and roadmaps
- Continuously identify areas of improvement and optimize the performance of financial systems through data-driven decision making

**What skills do I need?**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the payments, finance, treasury, or accounting domains.
- Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and treasury functions
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and develop scalable automation solutions
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive insights to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to various audiences.
- English required, knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful products
- Proven ability to find opportunities for improvements in business processes and drive the delivery of innovative solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
