**What’s the opportunity?**

The Treasury Lead will be responsible for leading the treasury and financial risk management operations of the company, working closely with the financial, accounting, and strategic planning departments. This role requires a high level of expertise in corporate finance, risk management, and treasury, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Based in Latam

**What will I be doing?**:

- Develop and execute short and long-term financial strategies for the company, including liquidity management and financial risk management.
- Supervise the management of relationships with banks and other financial institutions, ensuring access to necessary financial resources and the best financing terms.
- Supervise the monitoring of financial markets, assessing their impact on the company, and proposing adjustments to treasury strategies and policies as needed.
- Develop and maintain treasury policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in managing the company's financial resources.

**What skills do I need?**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5 or more years of experience in corporate finance, risk management, and treasury.
- Previous experience in leadership and team management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Advanced/Fluent English is a must.
