**Description & Qualifications**:
Description

As part of Global Integration Team you will work with implementation teams and the integration team to provide support around integration requirements for UKGPro Full Suite.
In support of our culture, we are adopting a hybrid working model of 2-3 days per week in the office and the rest of the week from home. The UKG office location that this position is connected to is Montevideo, UY.
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Work closely with Project Managers and Solution Consultants, communicating and understanding goals required to complete required tasks on time and budget
- Ability to assess, design, and develop integration meeting customer requirements
- Ability to assist Services teams with integration discovery and scoping
- Must be comfortable working within a cloud-based environment
- Lead internal and external meetings with customers and vendors
- Manage integration timelines including but not limited to notifying clients of changes to task dates or assigned resources
- Maintain project management tools for all integration projects

**Qualifications**:
Basic Qualifications
- 2 plus years of experience in a consulting or HRIS development environment
- Expertise in specialized functional areas (HRIS, Benefits, HR, Payroll or TLM etc.) and their systems to advise client on the integration of UKGPro solutions into their infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications
- Worked with Vendor\Carrier Data Feeds
- Be self-sufficient/motivated but be able to work as part of a team
- Ability to translate requirements into working solutions
- Demonstrated communication skills - written and verbal (internal and external facing)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field required
- Team focused to foster collaboration between team members
