The Customer Identity Cloud (CIC) product unit within Okta is looking for a Data Analyst to support our Product Led Growth (PLG) team comprising the following business segments: Self Service (non-enterprise), Startup and Nonprofit. Our small but impactful team supports CIC mission to become the Customer Identity provider of choice for developers in small organizations, startups, and nonprofits.

We are looking for someone who is organized, flexible and has an analytical mindset. You should be proficient at SQL and comfortable with analyzing large data sets and handling ambiguity. You will use the data to maintain and improve our existing dashboards, reports and KPIs as well as create new ones.

You should also have familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker, and project management tools like Asana, Jira and Confluence and some experience with statistical analysis and Google Sheets is useful as well.

This is a cross-functional, individual contributor role that will be supporting 3 business areas as well as collaborating with colleagues throughout the organization including revops, finance, sales, data, marketing and product. This function will require building strong relationships, being curious and always eager to better understand, to expand knowledge and encouraging that knowledge with others not only in terms of technical skills but also business related concepts.

**What You Will Do**
- Build and maintain dashboards related to the PLG business
- Build and maintain models and custom SQL queries to analyze PLG business
- Investigate and understand discrepancies in the data
- Perform and document detailed analysis of the PLG business both on a regular and ad hoc basis
- Help PLG automate and scale processes; find areas of opportunity for process improvements
- Detect untapped revenue opportunities via data insights
- Analyze PLG initiatives
- Collaborate with sales, ops, marketing, finance to make data driven decisions for the PLG busines

**What You Bring**
- 3+ years of experience working in a data role, ideally at some point in/with SaaS companies.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting large, complex data sets
- Demonstrated experience with SQL and Google Sheets
- Working knowledge of visualization tools, ideally Tableau or Looker
- Understanding of the software development ecosystem and data warehousing
- Strong data and trends analysis skills
- Ability to understand and learn business terminology and key factors to analyze the data and build reports
- Understanding of statistical analysis is preferred
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams in a dynamic environment across time zones
- Able to deliver quickly, creatively, and foster open communication
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Must be flexible and adaptable to changing demands based upon the needs of the business
- Ability to work independently, establish priorities and demonstrate good judgment skills
- Proactively seeks feedback and input; actively listens to others
