**The Role**:

- We are looking for passionate and self-motivated professionals to join our Partner Relations team in Montevideo.

**The main responsibilities of the position include**:

- Identify new partners by utilize the company’s resources
- Support the recruitment and management of new and existing partners
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective and existing partners
- Build and maintain the company database with the new worldwide business contacts
- Update the internal reporting tools of the Partner Program
- Contribute to team effort by achieving targeted results

**Main requirements**:

- Degree in a business-related field
- Experience in a similar position is a plus
- Fluent Spanish and Portuguese speaker with intermediate oral and written skills in English
- Spending significant time travelling abroad
- Ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Target-oriented and resourceful
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
