At Real Tyme Analytics, we’re seeking a passionate Tech Lead Cards Issuing to join our engineering teams. This role involves experience leading engineering teams in fintech or payments-related products, with a deep understanding of scalable architecture, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering outstanding technical solutions. This position will play a key role in the success of the client’s card-issuing capabilities, partnering closely with Product, Engineering Managers, and other stakeholders.

**About the role**

As Tech Lead of the Cards Issuing squad, you will be the technical cornerstone behind our mission to deliver reliable and seamless card solutions to our users worldwide. You’ll lead a team of talented engineers focused on building and optimizing the platforms that power card creation, distribution, and management. Your work will directly influence our ability to provide a smooth and scalable issuing experience in multiple markets. This role offers the chance to combine technical leadership with hands-on development while also collaborating closely with Product and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.

**¿What will you do in this role?**
- Lead technical decisions and architecture design for the squad.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, system performance, and uptime.
- Mentor and grow team members.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Fraud, and Finance to meet defined goals.
- Foster engineering excellence through championing best practices and mentoring them to the rest of the team
- Act as a technical representative in cross-functional discussions

**What we're looking for**:

- 6+ years in software development.
- 2+ years in technical leadership roles.
- 2+ years of experience with card issuing and card management platforms.
- Strong backend experience in Java.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in Agile development environments.
