DESCRIPTION

**The Role**

Working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, as a Senior QA Engineer you'll help our client dramatically improve our automated testing and play a critical role in customer support.

**Who You Are**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed
- Adaptability to new initiatives
- Experience training, leading, and/or managing a team
- At least 2 years experience with Cypress
- Experience with test automation tools and behavior-driven development
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure
- Familiarity and willingness to learn Python and React

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead our initiative to improve QA automation
- Work with the QA and engineering team to identify opportunities for automation and develop a testing strategy
- Train our existing QA team on end-to-end automation and behavior driven development (BDD)
- Perform manual testing when applicable
- Interact regularly with our Customer Success team and manage tier 2 customer support
- Support teams using Python and React Serve as an advocate for the end user
- Follow industry best practices and suggest improvements
- Help document best practices and train the engineering and QA teams

**Base Salary Range**:$135-150
