**Description

Today we are looking for a Lead/SR in automation or a Testing Lead with technical knowledge, to continue co-building world class software together and generating development in our communities to improve people's quality of life.

Main Responsibilities:

- Coordinate work teams with agile methodology, adapting to processes and ways of working.
- Understand and clearly convey the objectives of automation testing and the information to be recorded in a testing process.
- Encourage the documentation of the incidents that arise, criteria that must be met.
- Communicate the incidents and make clear the impact and consequence of them.
**Requirements
- MINIMUM of 4 years experience in QA roles.
- Experience in automation or development
- Languages: JavaScript
- Experience with databases, creating queries from scratch of medium and high complexity.
- Experience with Katalon/Groovy
- Technical or university training in the IT area.
- English language: it is important that you can communicate orally and in writing (We offer free courses so that you can continue to improve your level).
