We have multiple HT&M Project/ Programme Control opportunities and are hiring Controls Professionals with proven experience of delivery in these sectors.

**Job Description**:

- Responsible for Scenario planning (budgeting and scheduling) in support of Site execution
- Responsible for updating the project schedule on a bi-weekly basis. Schedule reporting and analysis to highlight mitigation where required.
- Conduct all support efforts to prepare the project schedule for the dashboard, load files, gather and ensure that the client has all of the information required for the dashboard
- Support giving recommendations on logic/duration improvements based on benchmark information
- Support in the bidding process, evaluating contractor schedule proposals and compliance with client requirements
- Responsible for setting up a high level project master schedule in P6 based on critical path method and key milestones
- Develop a baseline schedule in compliance with CPM specification
- Support on constructability reviews of project documents
- Support on procurement strategy
- Responsible for reviewing and approving contractor progress, by conducting regular site measures.
- Review accuracy of contractor progress reporting. Review and validate the contractor’s supporting information (i.e., progress payment request, monthly and weekly reports, safety statistics, schedule narrative, and equipment logs) against the CPM Schedule Update/Revision runs
- Coordinate reconciliation efforts between Contractor and Construction Management agent, Client project manager, and/or Client’s representative
- Support in contract management
- Support in permit management

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum requirements**:

- Minimum of 15 years professional experience.
- Degree Bachelor´s Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in being involved in Industrial Projects.
- Fluent English & Spanish
- Strong relationship with client and cross-functional team members
- Good interpersonal skills to influence others to achieve project objectives.
- Planning & scheduling
- Experience using Primavera P6
- Experience using Microsoft tools
- Experience using Google Suite
- Previous experience in end to end service delivery for industrial projects is valued

**Desirable**:

- 20 years previous experience in specific Project management & design management for Industrial Projects
- Experience in end to end service full project delivery
