Location: Remote in Latin America or Brazil. We move fast and empower people on the frontlines to make decisions and own initiatives. **What would your day look like?**: - Support Hiring Managers with daily and weekly updates. **What do you need to succeed?**: - Technical Skills - At least 1+ years of experience in tech sourcing. - At least 3+ years of experience in Software QA/QE recruitment. - Knowledge of Boolean search, job board sourcing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other sourcing tools. - Familiarity with scheduling online interviews/screening calls and providing feedback. - Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems. - Human Skills - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Efficient time-management and organizational skills. - Collaborative spirit and eagerness to work in a global team. - Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. - Comfortable working 100% remotely and across multiple regions and time zones. - Strong self-management skills to work asynchronously with peers and hiring managers.
