We are looking for someone responsible for managing purchase orders, cash flow, invoice-timing, account receivables and aging, billing and invoicing, vendor payment, payroll payment and other financial tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities_**
- Bank statement reconciliation
- Reconcile QuickBooks accounts and provide balance reports
- Calculate and record provisions.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting firm
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Review invoices for accuracy and timing, and coordinate with the accounting team to ensure timely billing and invoicing.
- Manage purchase orders and vendor payments to ensure timely payment and accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with monthly P&L analysis and balance sheet reviews to assess financial performance and identify trends.
- Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements and implement best practices for financial reporting and analysis.
- Accountant Degree
- Previous accounting experience (2-3 years)
- Proactive and results-driven
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
