**Description & Qualifications**:
Description

In support of our culture, we are adopting a hybrid working model of 2-3 days per week in the office and the rest of the week from home. The UKG office location that this position is connected to is Montevideo, UY.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow practices and procedures in analyzing a variety of business situations or data requiring a review of a variety of factors
- Work closely with other resources on new client implementation, upgrade, and change order projects
- Using professional concepts, implement our workforce management/human capital management software in various environments
- Proactively consult on best practice methodology, configuration design and build activities to ensure client success
- Solution presenting
- Collaborate with resources for project related decisions
- Utilize technical ability to prioritize issues and respond appropriately to multiple critical situations

**Qualifications**:
Basic Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications
- Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers and manage specific tasks to completion with mínimal direction.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment with competing priorities.
- Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to work independently.
- A team player who is focused on providing an exemplary client centric experience.
- High Technical aptitude and ability to clearly communicate known issues.
- MS Excel skills (including ability to creatively combine Advanced Formulae, Functions, perform VLOOKUP or INDEX + MATCH, nested IF Statements)
